Nikolaj Bramsen, CEO of Danish software and defence company Systematic, has been elected chair of DI Defence and Security, the industry association representing more than 300 defence, space and security companies within Danish Industry (DI).
He takes over from Jan Werner Jensen, CEO of Hydrema, who has held the position for the past 11 years and will remain on the board.

AdvertisementAccording to DI Defence and Security, the leadership change comes at a time of increased defence spending across Denmark, Europe and Nato countries.
AdvertisementIn connection with the annual general meeting, Ole Søe-Pedersen (Teledyne), Niels Thorup (SIMA Innovation) and Peter Ladefoged (Necas) were also elected to the board.
